Depending on the type of materials that your jewelry are made of, different cleaning procedures may have to take place to get it back to its original shine. For quick and easy cleaning between deep cleans, you can use this new All In Faith cleaning cloth that will allow you to easily buff your jewelry back to a brilliant shine.

This small cleaning cloth is small enough to fit in just about any jewelry box and can easily be taken with you anywhere you go. Shipping & Returns

We typically ship items within 1 business day. If your items has a production time it will not ship until after the production time. Please see the product description to determine any applicable production times.

We accept returns on any of our standard stock, non custom/made to order items. Items not returnable include anything customized with a number or initials, all solid gold pieces (made to order) and any piece with stones. All other items are available for a return within 30 days of the shipping date. Please email sales@allinfaith.com to obtain a return form. All In Faith does not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged.

Each of our sterling silver, solid gold, and stainless steel pendants pendants has a limited 2 year warranty from the date of the original purchase. Our chains and silicone bracelets carry a 12 month limited warranty. This means that if there are any defects from the manufacturing of the product that results in damage or non-usability we will replace the item for free. Loss of enameling or stones is not covered under our warranty at this time.

Things that do not constitute damage and will not be eligible for a warranty claim include but are not limited to tarnishing, fingerprints, dulling, scratches, bending, or any general breakage or damage resulting from daily wear and tear or potential misuse of the product. To determine if the issue you are having with the product is covered under this warranty please feel free to contact us at sales@allinfaith.com. Original items must be returned in order to claim a warranty. Lost and stolen items are not covered.
