We strive to make sure all our customers are satisfied with their purchases from All In Faith Jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days with proof of purchase so long as it is in new condition. All returns must be unaltered, unworn, and in saleable condition. The return must include all packaging and tags that originally accompanied the product. Under these conditions, products can be returned for a refund, exchange, or merchandise credit. If the product is defective upon receipt of the purchase, please contact us and we will exchange the product at no charge to you. By purchasing from All In Faith Jewelry, you acknowledge that sterling silver and gold jewelry will tarnish and dull over time. These natural occurrences do not constitute a defective product. Please refer to our Care and Maintenance section for detailed care instructions.
If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at email@example.com so that we may correct the issue. Circumstances that constitute a defective product include: bends, scratches, deep scuffs, pits, loose, damaged, or missing parts, broken chains, non-functioning clasps, or anything else not as advertised about the product. Things that do not constitute a defective product include, tarnishing, loss of luster, fingerprints, or other cosmetic issues that occur from light handling.
All necklaces offered by All In Faith Jewelry have a limited six month warranty from the time of purchase. Though we select our necklace materials and manufacturers because of their quality and durability, occasionally a necklace may not perform the way we feel it should. For this reason, we offer full chain replacement for any of our stainless steel, sterling silver, or gold chains. This warranty covers chain breakage resulting from either a defective product, or normal wear. Breakage resulting from excessive force or strain on the necklace by the wearer will not be covered under this warranty. Customers can either receive a new necklace, a refund, or merchandise credit under this warranty. Chains returned or exchanged under this warranty must be returned to All In Faith Jewelry within six months of the purchase date and are subject to inspection before the warranty is fulfilled.
