Warranty Information

All In faith is happy to offer a warranty on all of its products. To see the specific warranty for the products you ordered, please find your product type below!

Sterling Silver Products

Each of our sterling silver pendants, earrings, and bracelets are covered under a limited 24 month warranty. We will replace any piece that becomes damaged during daily wear or any products that are defective. Visit the bottom of this page for the definition of "defective". This warranty does not include intentional damage to our products or anything considered to be typical wear from daily use. In most cases when the damage to the jewelry item far exceeds the real of normal wear and tear, we will replace the product with the return of the original damaged product. Note, exchanges under this warranty cannot be performed unless the original product can be returned. This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. If we no longer produce the item you are claiming a warranty for, you will be able to receive a new piece of equal or lesser value to your initial purchase.


Examples of issues that merit an exchange under this warranty: broken/damaged non functioning bails, severely bent pieces, broken pieces. Examples of issues not covered under this warranty: any form of intentional damage, miss care, or misuse, fingerprints on the jewelries surface, and any form of tarnishing. If you are having an issue that is not covered under this warranty, please let us know. We may be able to offer a solution to you, however your products will not be eligible for full replacement under this warranty. 

Stainless Steel & Sterling Chains

Each of our stainless steel and sterling chains is covered under a 12 month limited warranty. This warranty covers everything except intentional damage to our product. In most cases, in order to claim a warranty for one of our stainless steel or sterling chains you must request for a warranty claim via email (sales@allinfaith.com) and send a photo of the damaged necklace. Damaged stainless steel or sterling necklaces will promptly be replaced. Lost or stolen items are not covered under this warranty.

Solid Gold Jewelry

Each of our gold pieces is covered under a limited 24 month warranty. Gold chains specifically, are covered under a different warranty. We will replace any piece that becomes damaged during daily wear or any products that are defective. Visit the bottom of this page for the definition of "defective". This warranty does not include intentional damage to our products or anything considered to be typical wear from daily use. In most cases when the damage to the jewelry item far exceeds the real of normal wear and tear, we will replace the product with the return of the original damaged product. Gold Chains and Necklaces

Each of our gold chains are covered under a limited 3 month warranty. This warranty covers everything except intentional damage to our product. Defective or broken gold chains must be returned to claim a warranty and receive a replacement. Lost and stolen items are not covered under this warranty.

Silicone Jewelry

Any silicone jewelry made by All In Faith is covered by a limited 12 month warranty. Everything is covered except intentional damage to our products. If any silicone jewelry you have purchased has stretched out, torn, or broken, just email a photo of it to sales@allinfaith.com to receive a new one free of charge!
