Please note the shipping times listed below are estimations of actual transit times listed by the shipping companies and DO NOT represent any applicable production times, handling times or guarantees on behalf of All In Faith.
- DHL Expedited MAX -- FREE
This service is a partnership between DHL and the United States Postal Service where DHL picks up from our facility and delivers to a post office near you. From here your local post office makes the final delivery. This delivery option is typically 5-7 business days. This times does not include any applicable production or handling times. This service is shipped Monday through Friday.
- USPS Priority Mail -- $10
Priority mail by the United States Postal service typically takes 1-3 business days. This time frame does not include any applicable production or handling times. This service is shipped Monday through Saturday.
- Priority Mail Express -- $30
Priority Mail Express is the overnight service offered by the United States Postal Service. Actual transit times are approximately 1-2 business days. This time frame does not include any applicable production or handling times. This service is shipped Monday through Saturday.

All In Faith Jewelry tries to ship your packages as promptly as possible. Depending on when you place your order our handling time is typically less than 24 hours. If you use our free DHL Expedited Max Service after our pickup time on Friday (around 10:00 AM CST) your item will be shipped out Monday Morning. Any shipments ordered after 10:00 AM Saturday will also be shipped Monday Morning regardless of shipping method.
Q: Are these pendants solid or hollow?
A: All our pendants are solid.
Q: Is this pendant solid silver or plated?
A: These pendants are solid silver. FiveTool Jewelry does not offer any plated jewelry pieces.
Q: How do I receive the tracking number for my shipment?
A: The tracking number is automatically sent to the email used during checkout at the time the shipping label is created.
Q: I ordered my pendant and it still has not shipped, where is it?
A: If you have yet to receive a shipping notification, check to see if the order is still in its production time (above). If it is passed this time period, please call 254-224-6865 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
and we will get it sorted out for you!
Q: Does a baseball come with the order?
A: No, All In Faith Jewelry does not sell baseballs.
Q: Can this cross be engraved?
A: No, we do not custom engrave this Cross.
Q: Do your pendants and necklaces come with a warranty?
A: Yes, All In Faith Jewelry stands 100% behind their product. If the product arrives defective or breaks during daily use we will replace it for you. For full warranty information, please see our returns page.
How do I care for my sterling silver pendant?
Sterling silver is a precious metal that is well known for tarnishing. To prevent any silver products from tarnishing regular cleaning and polishing may be required. Using a small amount of silver jewelry cleaner on a soft cloth, gently rub the silver several times. Then rinse the silver thoroughly in warm water and carefully dry. Typically, this will remove the tarnish and leave the surface dull. Polishing with a polishing cloth will restore the luster to the silver jewelry.
Please note: chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided. Do not dip or soap your silver jewelry in silver polished for periods of time. These are harsh chemicals and can damage your jewelry.
Because our pendants are solid sterling silver they can always be professionally polished by a local jeweler to restore them to a like new luster. In sever cases of tarnishing, we recommend this option.
