At All In Faith, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. Our goal is to provide you with peace of mind knowing your jewelry is backed by a reliable warranty program. Below you will find the details of our warranty coverage for Sterling Silver, Gold, Stainless Steel, and Silicone products.

Sterling Silver Warranty

Our sterling silver pendants are protected by a limited 2-year warranty from the original purchase date, while sterling silver chains include a 12-month warranty. If your item is affected by a manufacturing defect that results in damage or non-usability, we will replace it free of charge.

Not Covered: Tarnishing, fingerprints, dulling, scratches, bending, or breakage caused by daily wear, misuse, or accidents. Lost and stolen items are not eligible.

Breakage: If your pendant breaks without provocation, it may be covered under warranty. Our team will inspect the piece for eligibility before approval.

Stone Loss: Diamonds, moissanite, CZ, or other stones are not covered. Only the structure of the silver pendant is protected.

Processing: Sterling Silver warranties are one-time replacements. A $9.95 processing and handling fee applies after 30 days.

Gold Warranty

Our solid gold pendants (10k, 14k, and 18k) are protected by a limited 2-year warranty, while gold chains include a 12-month warranty. If a product is affected by a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.

Not Covered: Tarnishing, scratches, bending, fingerprints, or damage from daily wear and misuse. Lost and stolen items are excluded.

Breakage: If your gold pendant breaks without provocation, it may qualify under warranty after inspection by our team.

Stone Loss: Diamonds, moissanite, CZ, and other stone loss are not covered. Only the gold pendant structure is protected.

Processing: Gold warranties are one-time replacements. A $9.95 processing and handling fee applies, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Stainless Steel Warranty

All stainless steel pendants are protected by a Lifetime Warranty, while stainless steel chains carry a 24-month warranty. Manufacturing defects resulting in damage or non-usability are fully covered.

Not Covered: Tarnishing, scratches, bending, or damage caused by accidents, daily wear, or misuse.

Processing: Stainless Steel warranties are one-time replacements. A $9.95 processing and handling fee applies. While returns may not always be required, photos of the defect may be requested before processing.

Silicone Products Warranty

Our silicone jewelry is backed by a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. If an issue occurs and it is our fault, we will either repair or replace the item at no cost.

Not Covered: Cuts, scratches, tearing, or general misuse.

Materials: All silicone products are made from 100% silicone and contain no natural rubber or latex.

Processing: Silicone product warranties are one-time per purchase. A $5 handling and processing fee applies if the warranty claim is made after 30 days.

If you believe your jewelry is covered under warranty, please visit our Contact Us page to begin the process. In most cases, original receipts are required, and in some situations, the item must be returned for inspection. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.
