Shipping policy

All orders will ship next business day. Please note that All In Faith is closed on Saturday, Sunday & Monday. This will exclude any holiday closures and jewelry pieces that require production time.

All packages are shipped UPS. The only exception to this is for PO Boxes. These will have to be shipped via USPS. We offer free shipping over $60. USPS shipments can take 7-10 business days to deliver. These times do not reflect any applicable production times for the products or shipping delays with the carrier.

Wrong Address

If your order has not yet shipped, no problem, just contact us immediately our Contact Us Page. We will do everything we can to stop and change the address as long as the package has not been picked up by the shipping company. If we have already shipped the package, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. If your package is delivered to an incorrectly entered address, there is nothing further we can do. It is the customers responsibility to collect packages from their delivery location.

Order Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us via our Support Page. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Received Wrong Item

If we sent you the wrong order we greatly apologize! Reach out to us via our Contact Us Page. We will get the issue resolved as quickly as we can.  In most instances we will send you a prepaid label with your correct items to return the incorrect items.
