I really don't do reviews but, lately I've found myself trying help support ALL small businesses whenever I can. With that being said, All In Faith has EARNED my MONEY and SUPPORT! I ordered my 10 y/o baseball and God loving son the original cross bats for Christmas in the sterling silver with chain for his 1st piece of jewelry. He loved it and I was impressed enough with the design to order the XL for myself in 14k white gold. Katie and the rest of the AIF team put in WORK!! I ordered the pendant only so, I was fitting it to my own chain. I sent pics with the order for special instructions of my application. When my item arrived the bezel was a smidge too small to fit around my lock clasp. As sad as I was that it didn't fit...I was so IMPRESSED with the product that it was a no brainer to call them with excitement on how to rectify our situation. Katie took care of me like I was one of the MLB players they currently serve. She spoke with their jeweler(as did I...sorry I can't recall you name sir) as the best way to handle this. He requested I send my chain back with the pendant to ensure proper fit....mind you he ONLY missed by a few mm by picture only....I wanted to jam it through...LOL...I haven't taken my chain off in 30yrs for more than a day so, shipping it out was a hurdle for me. Kate sent me a label to cover the cost of insuring my chain and my new pendant to them and back. Katie is playing the game the WAY it SHOULD be played!! Respect the Drip..
